Dr Shi graduated from Columbia University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.  He completed a residency program at Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ, and worked in several private dental practices, small and large.  He now focuses on delivering quality care in lower Manhattan at good prices and great values.

Dr Shi emphasizes on prevention and evidence-based conservative dental care with cosmetics and function as treatment goals. After you meet him, you will be impressed by his honesty and integrity, as well as his dental skills and medical knowledge.  Every procedure is explained in detail so you know the rationale behind the treatment.

Dr Shi is very gentle.  Every effort is made to minimize any possible discomfort associated with dental treatment.
